Dim the lights if you can and put your phone out of reach. Then pick a scent for the moment you're in, because a morning shower and an evening one want different things.

Step two
Awaken the senses
Snap your Esteam Shower Steamer to release the essential oils, then set it on the shower floor just outside the direct spray. As the warm water reaches it, the scent rises with the steam.
Make it last the whole shower: a steamer sitting in the spray dissolves before you've rinsed your hair. The Lotus Holder lifts it clear of the water so it releases slowly.
Step three
Cleanse & refresh
Take your time here. An African Net Sponge stretches long enough to reach your back, whips any body wash into a rich lather and gently exfoliates as you go, leaving skin soft and smooth.
Why not a loofah? The open net dries quickly between showers, so it stays far more hygienic, and it's long-lasting. Suitable for all skin types.

How do I use a shower steamer?

How long does one steamer last?
Each steamer is made for one long shower. Keeping it out of the direct spray, ideally in the Lotus Holder, stops it dissolving early. You can also break one into pieces to use over several showers.
