Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive an email when your order has been sent.

Delivery times depend on the service you choose and your destination. Tracked services include a tracking link in your dispatch email; standard services are untracked.

International orders

We ship to the EU and to selected countries worldwide, including the US, Canada and Australia. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international) of dispatch, email hello@esteamspa.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Address errors

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
